He has been the CEO or GM of 4 different companies in 4 different countries, namely Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia & China. Leslie has had countless awards for his ability to motivate, influence and inspire clients, staff and large international audiences including the President’s/CEO’s award for running the best Sales team in Sheraton Hotels worldwide and the“EIBTM – IT & ME Personality Award for Asia & Pacific”. He has served as Vice-President of the National Association of Travel Agents, President of SITE Singapore, the advisory committee to the “National Tourism Plan” for Singapore Tourism Board, Advisory Board of Radisson Hotels Internationals, was consultant to Rosenbluth International, Cendant Inc (World’s largest service company).

Leslie is certified in Directive Communication psychology and the only person in Asia certified with ‘CITE’ status as one of 49 individuals worldwide recognized for his communication and motivational skills. Leslie Choudhury has a BBA from the University of Hawaii, USA. He is an accredited trainer with the American Institute of Business Psychology. Leslie Choudhury was just recently recognized by the Global Directory of Who’s Who recognizing his distinguished level of success in training & consultancy and is the author of 2 books both entitled ‘Once Upon A Time’.

In his first job as Assistant Front Office Manager he wrote the entire Front Office Service Training Manual, which is still being used today to ensure service excellence is delivered at the frontline.

His expertise in sales and marketing was awarded a CEO’s recognition for leading the best sales team in Sheraton Worldwide.

As Product Director for Jetset Australia, his negotiation skills enabled the company to get deals no one else could match in the industry.

As General Manager of Tour East Singapore, he led the company to win the award as Best Travel Agency, awarded by Singapore Tourism Board.

He also was awarded “Asia-Pacific Personality of Year” by SITE.

Awarded CITE status, one of only 45 worldwide recognizing his motivational skills.

As CEO of Ken-Air Sdn Bhd, lead it to increased record-breaking sales figures despite a depressed economy.
